WHO WE ARE

Our apartments are the ideal starting point for your vacation or business trip. In our structure you will find large recently refurbished apartments sorrounded by the colorful setting of Pescantina, located in the heart of Valpolicella.

100 meters from the highway, we offer the opportunity to quickly reach the most interesting places of our zones: Arena and Fair areas (13 km), Gardaland and Garda Lake (20 km), Monte Baldo and Lessinia (25 km).

The apartments consist of a bedroom, one bathroom, a sofa bed, a spacious dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

You will find: bed linen, towels, a flat screen satellite TV and free WI-FI.

We offer to our guests a free private parking.

Guests can also request a second change of bed linen and towels at an additional cost.

Pescantina, thanks to its strategic location, is a perfect starting point to enjoy walks along the banks of the Adige river, the vineyards and the renowned wineries of Valpolicella, the mountain areas such as Monte Baldo and Lessinia with their delicious dishes, the beautiful Garda Lake and the romantic Verona. It is also included in the cycling network of Valpolicella and Val d'Adige (Route 46) that connects Verona and the Ciclovia del Sole with the recent Adige-Terra dei Forti cycle path of the lower Vallagarina.

5 minutes from Magnolia Country House there is one of the largest thermal parks in Italy, Aquardens. In ancient times this beautiful geographical area was covered by the sea. Today, the same salt-bromine-iodine water, rich in mineral salts, flows microbiologically pure at 47 degrees from the rock fissurated of the source of the Spa Park. This waters has been recognized by the Ministry of Health in Italy for its anti-inflammatory therapeutic properties.

Not so far (about 10 km) there is also another amazing Thermal Park that's called Villa dei Cedri with thermal water pools immersed in a park of secular trees mostly evergreen.
