WHO WE ARE

Our apartments are the ideal starting point for your holiday or business trip. In our facility, you will find spacious, recently renovated one-bedroom apartments set in the charming setting of Pescantina located in the heart of Valpolicella.

Just 100 meters from the main road, we offer the possibility to quickly reach the main places of interest: Arena and Verona Fair (13 km), Gardaland and Lake Garda (20 km), Monte Baldo and Lessinia (25 km).

The facility is also close to the main hospital centers: Bussolengo (2 km), Negrar (10 km), Borgo Trento (13 km), Peschiera (20 km).

The apartments consist of a bedroom, 1 bathroom, a sofa bed, a spacious dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Our guests can take advantage of private and free parking.

You can also request, if needed, a second change of sheets and towels at an additional cost.

Pescantina, thanks to its strategic position, is a perfect starting point to enjoy walks along the banks of the Adige river, the vineyards and renowned wineries of Valpolicella, mountain areas such as Monte Baldo and Lessinia with their delicious dishes, the splendid Lake Garda and the romantic Verona. It is also part of the cycling network of Valpolicella and Valdadige (Route 46) which connects Verona and the Ciclovia del Sole with the recent Adige-Terra dei Forti cycle path of lower Vallagarina.

Just 5 minutes from Magnolia Country House is Aquardens, one of the largest thermal parks in Italy. In ancient times, this beautiful geographical area was covered by the sea. Today, the same salsobromoiodic water, rich in mineral salts, springs microbiologically pure at 47 degrees from the fissured rock of the thermal park's source, and has been recognized by the Ministry of Health for its anti-inflammatory therapeutic properties.

About 10 km away is also the Villa dei Cedri Thermal Park with thermal water pools set in a park of centuries-old trees, mostly evergreen.
